L'Hospitalet de l'Infant celebrates its XII Gastronomic days of Tuna
L'Hospitalet de l´Infant. Costa Dorada. The twelfth Conference of the Tuna will take place between 3 April and 15 May 2011. During these weeks, 8 restaurants in town, 1 and 1 Pratdip Tivissa provide specific menus with tuna as the protagonist. The restaurants participating this year are: L´Olla, SEl olomillo, La Sal Grossa, El Pescador, La Caleta del Puerto, Nàutic, Topolino Deviteca, Missamaroi and La Cuina d´en Carlos. The chefs of these restaurants have prepared a variety of dishes, with tuna as a main ingredient, once again demonstrate the creativity of chefs and versatility of the bluefish. Its unique flavor and the meat melositat again be based on recipes from several surprising to all kinds of palates. Among all the people who taste these recipes, menus are drawn 40 and 100 for two tickets to Port Aventura. In addition, each tasting menus, the restaurant will be giving away a bottle of oil Cooperative Vandellòs During the conference, the participating chefs will offer cooking classes where you can learn to prepare their creative recipes.
