The Three Kings arrive by boat in Salou
Salou. Costa Dorada. The Three Wise Men, Melchior, Gaspar and Balthasar, traditionally come by sea to the tourist town of Salou, and make landfall in the Marina. There starts the procession accompanying the Kings Parade, which this year is made eight floats, along with a group of animation that leads the procession, called Rovell d'Ou, horses, and Els Atabaladors to play "batucada" throughout the tour. The Kings disembark at the port of Salou. The output will be held at Espigó del Moll at 18'30, then head Barcelona down the street, Via Augusta, Ciutat de Reus street, Via Roma, Street Lawyer Gallego and finally arrive at City Hall where the mayor, Pere Granados, from the balcony the Town Hall, will welcome the Kings and give them the keys to the city. Then, around 8 pm, the Kings will make the traditional delivery of gifts to children of Salou, the TAS.
