The XV Suckling days of Albatros Restaurant and Christmas menus for groups and companies
Salou.Costa Dorada. The Albatros Restaurant offers the occasion for Christmas and New Year's Eve 2010, several proposals, both for businesses and households, as well as to welcome the New Year, 2011. Alongside these proposals, which are specified in four menus for Christmas parties for companies and groups, the Albatros Restaurant also holds during the months of November and December the XV Days of the Burgos´suckling. Fernando Lopez, owner of Restaurant Albatros offers again during these two months most recognized specialty: baked lamb Burgos style. Albatros Restaurant takes Salou, from Burgos, the raw material. The end result, after the process of preparation, processing and baking, after years of experience is simply spectacular. The menu offers the Albatros Restaurant Suckling of Burgos beginning with the lids: One thousand sheets of rice pudding and crispy eggplant, Assorted Iberian acorn with red bean Tacita jabugo. Suckling Aranda style, followed by oak leaf salad vinegar Priorat. Desserts include fried milk with cinnamon, fresh cheese with quince paste, puff pastry with milk and Rice Pippin. The menu is accompanied by red wines from the Ribera and ends with coffee and marc with laminerías. The Albatros Restaurant offers this specialty at a price of 40 euros plus VAT. As for the menus for companies and groups on the occasion of the Christmas holidays, the Albatros Restaurant menu offers four different 45, 48, 50 and 55 euros plus VAT combining various specialties of mushrooms, meat, fish and seasonal produce with desserts all accompanied by wines, champagne and water. Finally it is noteworthy that the Albatros Restaurant closed its doors on 24 and 25 December and reopen on the 26th, San Esteban, festive day in Catalunya. As for the big dinner New Year's Restaurant Albatros, which includes party favors and dance places are limited and need to see the price. Finally, on January 1, 2011, the Albatros Restaurant open only by appointment and offers a holiday menu and a kids menu. Albatros Restaurant (Calle Bruselas, 60) is located in Salou Cala Llenguadets directed by Fernando Lopez, owner of the establishment XEF and his wife, Ascension Aparicio, who runs the room.
