Students of the UEC learn to make ice-cream
Salou. Costa Dorada. 27th March 2012. Students of the UEC Salou have made a ice cream shop and have moved to the workshop of Ibense to know the facilities of this company in Salou. In this environment were different explanations of the process of making ice cream and other products. The students participated in the process of making ice cream. Then a specialist company that approached the facilities of UEC to continue the work begun. This time they receive the necessary explanations to decorate ice cream and were able to embellish their work. According to the makers of the UEC, the students have been very satisfied with this workshop that enabled them to approach the world of ice and live the process of a product typical of the Mediterranean. With this experience is to familiarize students with the UEC to the professional world and particularly in the areas nearby the town.
