Salou shows at the Torre Vella an exhibition of graffiti for Christmas
Salou. Costa Dorada. The programming of the Torre Vella for Christmas tends to offer the public exhibition of Salou sufficiently linked to the original meaning of these feasts. This past Friday was opened to the public a show that surprised the visitors, as it is not a classic. Mayor Pere Granados, was commissioned jointly opened with Councilor for Culture and Events, Isabel Aguilera, an exhibition of graffiti by artist Akim. "Given that the graffiti is one of the most popular forms of urban art and in recent times has come to galleries and museums around the world fill the locks of the tower wall," he said. Thus, the urban artist Akim with his spray painted (on large sheets), scenes like the Nativity, the announcing angel, the shepherds, the magi ... has brought the tradition with much dignity and a renewed view to suit the language and iconography of graffiti from their own personal style, very theatrical and intense chiaroscuro effects. A different view of the spectacular Christmas which gives us the tower for a month. Visiting times on the show from Tuesday to Saturday from 18 to 20 hours and on Sundays and holidays from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm.
