Tuesday 22 November at 7pm. Cultural Center "Perfumes, fragrances and flavors" Lecture by Dr.. Juan Carlos Ronda, Professor, Department of Analytical Chemistry and Organic Chemistry at the URV. In our daily life we are surrounded by aromas and flavors and does not always attach great importance. Behind this world, but there are a lot of science, a lot of chemistry, biochemistry and very much physical. This talk discusses the chemical aspects of the world of aromas and flavors, a part of science is closely linked to creativity and the world of the senses.
